Benefits of Cupping

Cupping therapy is an ancient healing practice that has gained recognition in modern wellness circles for its numerous health benefits. This therapeutic technique involves placing cups on the skin to create suction, promoting healing and relaxation. Below are some of the key benefits associated with cupping therapy:

Types of Cupping

Wet Sunnah Cupping

WET SUNNAH CUPPING (AKA HIJAMA)

A localized suction is created in the area of pain to promote blood circulation in the area.  The suction pulls toxic stagnant blood to the surface of the skin.  A tiny blade is used to prick the skin.  This allows for stagnant nutrient deficient blood to flow out of the area.

Hydro Cupping

HYDRO CUPPING

Hydro Cupping is a form of dry/massage cupping.  Distilled water is placed in the cup and suctioned onto the affected area.  An exchange of gases takes place via the epidermis.  Hydro and Oxygen molecules are absorbed by the body to hydrate the organ/muscle.
